The Forbidden Blog

There are bad ideas.

There are really bad ideas.

And then there’s breaking into Heaven.

Welcome to The Heist of Heaven, Book Four of The Forbidden Tears Series, where the stakes are higher, the dragons are bigger, and our favorite group of celestial troublemakers is about to discover that saving someone you love sometimes requires doing something completely insane. Like robbing Heaven.

By now, Brie Weldon has learned an important lesson: when someone says something is impossible, she should probably start packing. Preferably snacks. Because nothing has gone according to plan since a mysterious pendant—and a dangerously attractive guardian angel named Cameron—turned her ordinary life upside down.

Cameron was supposed to protect Brie without falling in love. We all know how well that worked out.

Their forbidden romance has survived demons, Fallen Angels, ancient prophecies, time itself, and enough near-death experiences to make a celestial insurance company cancel their policy. But this time, it’s personal. Someone they love is lost, and Brie and her wonderfully dysfunctional family of friends have two choices: Accept it. Or do something completely unreasonable.

Naturally, they choose unreasonable.

And then there were Dragons

Because if you're going to attempt the greatest supernatural heist in history, why wouldn't dragons get involved? Magnificent, powerful, terrifying, and generally inconvenient, the dragons of The Heist of Heaven bring a whole new level of chaos to an already questionable plan. The strategy is simple: Make a plan. Ignore the plan. Get caught. Run faster.

But beneath the humor, adventure, and celestial chaos is a question at the heart of the entire story: How far would you go to save someone you love? Would you cross worlds? Challenge destiny? Defy Heaven itself?

For Brie, Cameron, Ethan, Sherry, Mike, Tavi, Ephriam, and the rest of this unlikely family, the answer is simple: As far as it takes.

The Heist of Heaven, by award-winning authors Sam Withrow and Amelia Rose Pinkis, is Book Four of The Forbidden Tears Series—packed with dragons, angels, supernatural villains, forbidden romance, impossible choices, friendship, heartbreak, and the humor that keeps our characters going when everything else falls apart.

They're breaking into Heaven. They have a plan. Sort of. What could possibly go wrong? Everything. Absolutely everything.
